GENERAL INFORMATION

RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are suggested. A reservation guarantees a site, but not a specific site. Reservations will be held for 7 days from the date made, pending receipt of deposit. If no deposit is received within 7 days of making your reservations, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. If your reservation is made within 7 days of your arrival date, the deposit must be in full paid by cash or credit card.

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
during peak season of the current year must be for a period of three (3) nights or more. No minimum stay is required for Spring and Fall campsite reservations, Campin' Cabins and Rental Trailers require a 2 night minimum Spring and Fall. You may reserve up to two (2) years in advance for stays of 1 week (7 days) or more.

PONY EXPRESS CHECK-IN
It's quick and easy! Just Pay your balance in full (including extra guests and vehicles) and give your vehicle information (i.e. make, model, license plate no.) at least 24 hours before your arrival date so we can have your check-in packet ready for you. This way ... there is no waitin' in a long check-in line!

RESERVATION DEPOSITS
A reservation deposit of $75 per WEEK per Campsite ($25 for Spring and Fall) and $250 per Vacation Rental (One Night's Stay in Spring and Fall) is required within seven (7) days of making reservations. Balance is due upon arrival. VACATION RENTALS ONLY: A $50.00 key deposit is required upon check-in. After key is returned, the security deposit will be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling or shortening a PEAK SEASON reservation must be done at least 30 days prior to the arrival date for campsites and 60 days prior for rental trailers and cabins or deposits will be forfeited (7 days prior for spring and fall).

GUESTS
Guests are welcome (except in group tent area). Guests are not permitted entry after midnight. See rates page for guest fees.

VEHICLES
One vehicle is included in the rate. Additional vehicles are $2 per vehicle per night. Sorry, 3- and 4-wheel ATV's, Gators, etc., and motorized scooters are not permitted in the campground.

BICYCLES
Maryland State Law requires that children under 16 years of age wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bicycle riding is not allowed in the campground after sunset.

HOLIDAYS
Holidays require a 3-night minimum (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).

LATE STAYS
Spring and Fall Only: Spring and Fall Only: Late Stays until 5PM (3PM for Rental Cabins and Trailers) before May 22nd and after September 6th are FREE, when available. SORRY - No late stays are available during peak season.

PET POLICY
We love pets! However, all pets must wear current and valid rabies tags, be leashed, cleaned up after, attended to at all times and not be vicious or exotic. Sorry, pets are not allowed in Vacation Rentals or on Vacation Rental campsites.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN RENTAL TRAILERS, CABINS and BATHHOUSES.

CLOSING DAY
Closing day for Frontier Town 2009 will be Sunday, October 25. We ask that all campers be out of the campground by 1:00 PM.
